Candle Care
Share
This post will be updated periodically to offer you care tips.
- Trim wicks to 1/4” before lighting. Make sure all debris (i.e. wicks trimmings, soot) have been removed as well.
- My tins get really hot. It’s best to place on a coaster or heat protected surface. Suggested consecutive burn sessions: 2.2oz for 3-4 hours, 4.4oz for 5-6 hours, 6.3oz for 6-7 hours, and 7.7oz for 8-9 hours.
- How long candles can burn in total with multiple sessions (please see above for safety): 2.2oz = 9 hours and 4.4oz = 16 hours. The 6.3oz and 7.7oz times will be updated soon.
- Bonus: Tins can be used on candle/mug warmers as an alternative to lighting them up.
